::I got a price originally off plans for a kitchen in the Donegal showroom, then when we went to there showroom in Galway we were told they wouldn't fit in Cork, after the Donegal branch telling us it would be no problem. The crowd in Galway had no time for us, so it was a day wasted going up there. When we decided to go with the Donegal's showroom offer, we got passed from Kieran who was quite helpful, to another saleswoman. This saleswoman changed the price massively, after we made minor changes. We thought it would cost less, because we removed a complete wall unit! Anyway, it was through email and calls, and the price was increased by nearly 50%. They were slow to get back to us, either by phone or email, and we wasted nearly 6 weeks trying to get something we could work with. With the massive price increase we couldn't go with them. Their product looks ok, but their sales was a disaster, I can't imagine what the after sales service would have been like with them. Very disappointing experience with them
