  Staff looked extremely unhappy, in fact one of the employees looked at me as if he wanted to hit me or something.. I like their products but the bad vibes are just way too intense sometimes lol

  This location is always busy and twice when I've been there their card machine is down and they run out of items. It's great to have a really healthy lunch option in city centre through, so I keep going back.

  Pretty tasty custom salads and fresh foods. Unfortunately there are no serving utensils for most of the ingredients so the staff are just grabbing everything without changing gloves. Be aware if you're worried about allergies or cross contamination. Also, the blades for chopping salads are dull so the greens end up crushed and wilted. No seating is a plus for takeaway, bad if you need to put your feet up.

  Once its all chopped its a little disappointing on the palette. The crunch is gone. I do like how they tell you the kcals per salad.

  The have good salads the only real downside is no seating. I also service was quite slow. I'd give other freshly chopped locations a higher rating just the star was taken off for the above reasons.
