  Over Christmas after reading the Irish Times review of this shop I purchased my partner some items from this shop. Unfortunately she wanted to change them. She visited the store and came away very unhappy with the staff service. My partner felt that the staff were totally uninterested in accommodating her request. What was a very pleasant gift has now left a bitter taste. I would not recommend this store based on this experience. A lot of style and very little substance.

  Flawless customer service, I have genuinely never experienced anything like it. I had bought a couple of different pieces as gifts over the years, and ended up speaking to Chupi when I called to follow up on an order, and we spoke about everything under the sun. Literally MONTHS later, I ordered my sister's graduation gift, and Chupi sent the order with several diaries inscribed with messages, one of which was for my best friend, with a personal note referencing a story I had told Chupi the few months prior. I can't believe a brand that is known worldwide would take the time to remember an inconsequential conversation with a random customer, and act on it to give such a thoughtful gift. Her jewellery is faultless and she deserves every success.

  Unbelievably beautifully crated pieces all made by hand. I adore this shop and all of the various items of jewellery have their own story behind their creation. Gorgeous shop and staff.
