  Very resonable and good quality bathroom supplied (used my own plumber for fitting). Had no issues with a few items that I needed exchanges/refunded and staff were very helpful and I bought everything from here. Will certainly reccomend and come back for next bathroom.

  We went to city tiles originally looking to get a bathroom suite and get it fitted - They recommended one of their fitters to quote job for labour and cost - He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful at the time but after over 2 weeks in trying to complete our small bathroom on a fixed price job he asked for more money on job completion and threated us. Although the job was completed it was not as promised - the plumber tried to wire the lights and shorted the entire house for 4 days until the main fitter Terri decided to get an actual Electrician to do the electric work. The city tile staff seemed helpful but be wary of who they recommend as we ended up with a cowboy and had to pay someone else to fix the mistakes he had made.

  Definitely not recommended, I have ordered basin, they had promised to deliver within 3 days. After a week we rang them and it looks like they forgot to order it from the supplier (they took my deposit straight away), It took them 2 more weeks to order it, I had to cancel my tiler 3 times, when finally arrived it was damaged. I got my money back but they did not even apologise for wasting 3 weeks of my time. Stay away.
