  If you want to seriously transform your physique then Darragh and his team at CMB is the place for you. During the time I trained with Darragh I added about 5kg of muscle and I've taken many of the lessons that he taught me about training with me and still use them to this day.

  I had the pleasure of having Darragh and his amazing team at the Cover Model Body gym help me towards my goals for a period of time. Not only did they push me to believe in my abilities but they gave me the foundations I needed in order to mentally and physically better myself in the long run. I had an amazing experience with CMB gym and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get started in bettering themselves.

  The CMB Gym delivers the best fitness and personal training experience possible. Apart from visible results, Darragh and his team focus on continuous improvement of techniques and knowledge. Not only are they true experts in their field, Darragh and Lee are also simply great guys who care about their clients’ success. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s serious about training!

  Best gym experience I have ever had in my life. The quality of coaching and attitude which the trainers have makes all the difference, serious time and effort put into maintaining an environment conducive to results and fun along the way. Trainer Lee has been fantastic in educating and assisting with any queries and makes the whole process as enjoyable as possible. Would recommend to anyone.

  This is a great gym for personal training. You have to be willing to trust the process, work hard and the food prep takes some getting used to a first, but it is SO worth it. I've had personal training before and this experience is 20x better - lee is my trainer and he's so dedicated to helping me progress, to learning new things and making sure I'm happy with the plan. The diet doesn't feel like a diet at all (in fact I had to get used to eating more!) And the workouts are tough but without making you feel totally dead after. And, most importantly, it works - each session you can see the progress you're making, and you will see the changes in your body pretty quickly too. I wasn't hugely overweight but after a year of no exercise and not paying attention to what I ate I was feeling out of shape and self conscious. Within a month of training with Lee I had lost 3 inches off my waist and already felt more confident. It's now been 3 months and I'm still training and seeing results. Can't recommend it enough - if you're hesitating, just do it :)
