  Close to town in upscale Residential area. No breakfast.

  This house should not be advertised as a Bed and Breakfast should be advertised room only.The room we stayed in was v poor no head boards no bedside lamp smelled damp the Bathroom was awful .The owners family v noisy in the morning. .And entering the house smell of dogs.

  Nice but old fashioned rooms. Very nice host, but the kids party going in the garden made it impossible to rest a while after the drive there. All in all good price for the rooms.
