::Terrible Mazda service, beware! First I called to book a repair of a broken boot lock which is a common problem on Mazda's 6. I came in, they took a car and told me they will call me within an hour. So far so good I was looking forward to a quick professional service. But, an hour later no call back so I came back for an update. I was told that the lock was broken and needs to be replaced (!?), which I told them in the first place and asked them to fix it. OK so can you fix now, as I have booked this specific repair in advance, traveled good bit for this and taken a day off? No don't have parts. OK so when and much? Don't know will give you call in next few days... Now it will be €30! For what?? Telling me what I already knew, and told them when I booked service over the phone, and again when handing over the car for repair? Thanks. When I got home I have noticed dirty marks from oily boots on the back of the seats as someone was trying to get in to the boot from back seats, dirty floor mats marked with engine oil, and generally it was obvious that they didn't bother to use gloves, protective covers on seat or anything else to protect the interior like every professional garage would! In a day or two I received a phone call with a quote €400 for lock plus around €100 for labour! 😮 I was very disappointed with whole experience and certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..
