::This shop is full with rude staff and a manager who is even ruder than the rest. So you walk in, wait for no less than 30 minutes on a queue for someone to attend your query, and then the man (Emmet) walks off on everyone on the queue to have a break of 30 minutes. Indeed not telling anybody while you wait, but walking off customers who could have saved all that time. And you know what else, the manager in charge, who I complained, said that he did not have to advise anybody, and didn't even care or apologise. If this is the customer service of this place, surely the technical service would be not recommended to anybody on their precious items. Appaling job!!

::I arrived at the Dundrum store today 20th April 2018 without an appointment and was immediately looked after by a very helpful named Sam. He tested my phone found the problem and ordered the part - a battery. He also went through some features and setting I was u sure of. An excellent experience. Thank you Sam (I hope I have your name right)

::Absolutely no proper after sale or even before sale service. Placed an order for a product, and there has not been a single response for over 6 weeks. Have called them, but no one picks up (after the call is transferred). Have emailed 3 times, but no response.

::THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you want to be treated with any bit of respect go elsewhere. The first time I went to get my computer repaired in this store the staff only fixed one of the two problems even though they told me that they fixed both issues. When I went back to get the same issue resolved the staff tried to charge me over 500 euro even though it was covered under Apple care. The technician I spoke with was extremely ill-mannered when he called me. He wasn't paying attention to what I was telling him and he kept saying that it was not his problem. It seemed like he was having a bad day and putting all his anger out on me. When I spoke to the manager about this problem he seemed very friendly at first and he reassured me that he would resolve the issue but he never called me back as he promised and he would not accept any of my calls. When I rang Apple to tell them what had happened they immediately took over the case and got the issue resolved. Be very careful if you plan on buying anything or get anything repaired here. The staff or unqualified and extremely impolite. They regularly give you false information and they are no rush to provide any kind of customer service. It took over two weeks to get a simple repair done.
