  Really enjoy goung to Conns when I need some new kit. Nice shop, nice gear, but even better is the staff, so up for the chats about different kit and tech talk, could stay there all afternoon!

  Excellent shop .. lots of quality items .. on holiday and thought we had brought the wrong charger cable for video camera.. guy behind counter went out of his way to sort a replacement for us but then he showed us where to plug it in we realised we had the correct cable after all so no need to buy .. the Sales guy didn't get upset we wasted 20 minutes of his busy selling time and being in retail sales myself I know how dealing with the general public can be frustrating at times. Excellent shop and great staff

  Extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable staff. They were honest enough to tell me I'd be better selling a lens of mine second hand than trading it in, rather than just trying to swindle me. I've spent a lot there and have yet to have a bad or even less than ideal experience!

  One of the best camera shops in Dublin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus great collection of used gear for sale. Highly recommended.

  I went here to get visa photos done for my trip to Thailand. The shop was very busy when we arrived and we had to wait for some time to be attended to. This would have been fine but for (who I assumed to be) the owner of the shop yelling at his employees to look after all the customers and shouting up the stairs to other staff members when everyone was clearly busy. It made for and awkward experience. When we were attended to, the staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. He even gave me 2 different sizes of photos to make sure I had the correct one.
