  Rang this dentist to look for an appoinment I asked by any chance was an evening appoinment available for that day, after a long sigh receptionist said there was one appointment left available for lunch time that day, I said I wouldn't be able to make that time and would they have any time tomorrow. The response I got was "no it's full" followed by a long silence, no alternative offered just a clear vibe from the receptionist she has no interest in helping me get an appointment. I understand this may be a busy a clinic but there is no need for obvious rudeness to a potential customer, from the moment the phone was answered i felt as though I was just inconveniening the receptionist. Very bizarre customer service!

  Brilliant, Professional, caring and friendly. Lovely offices , patients even have view. Centrally located, very spacious, bit of a waiting time to get appointment average 2weeks highly recommend

  I called last Friday to buy a voucher for teeth whitening. The receptionist told me she needed to double check pricing and that she would call me back. I got no call back. I called again on Saturday and left a message requesting a call back re same. It's now Monday night and I still haven't heard back. In return for your horrendous customer service, you have lost business that could have been a regular customer of yours.

  I had problems with my wisdom teeth for a few years, they did an x ray and because the roots were wrapped around nerves they wouldn't take them out, they said they would keep an eye on them and it would be hard to find someone that would take them out. I moved to London and recently had 3 removed. They said I had slight tooth decay in the back teeth that was due to the wisdom with impacting on my other teeth which was causing the decay. All they did for me here was give me fillings. If I didnt have my wisdom teeth removed I would have lost my back teeth.

  Great experience. Was going in as their price was much cheaper than my own dentist for a crown. Great atmosphere. Really friendly and capable staff at the front desk. Dr. Emma didn't even charge me as it was my first visit. Gorgeous setup, really relaxed....more like a spa than a dentist. Would definitely recommend them :)
