  Lovely waitress Pauline couldn't do enough for us very polite. Can't say the same for other waiting staff quite rough. Had no problem shouting over our table from the front bar at other waiting staff in the very back room. Wasn't nice and was very unprofessional and uncomfortable couldn't wait to get out of it.

  Had a brilliant time, hotel and staff were lovely, food and service was excellent..will definitely be staying again.

  Absolutely fantastic stay from beginning to end staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly rooms were so comfortable food was out of this world. Perfectly placed in town centre. Will be staying there again.

  Really great food @ reasonable cost. Friendly staff, comfortable dining rooms & lounge. Hotel parking & centre of town. Motorway to Galway, Dublin & Knock/Shannon airports.

  Excellent 3 course meal for Christmas group. Wide choice of starters and main courses. I have never had such a variety of vegetables. Perfect! And music in bar!
