  Too cold, too noisy. Staff are unhelpful, bordering rude. My coffee wasn't even served on a saucer!

  Lovely shop and the staff could not be more helpful to me and my infant daughter and not quite elderly mother!all their help much appreciated.

  In one week the staff three times try to overcharge me for a carmel latte. Even tho it's on the board! A specialty latte medium size is 3.95 not 4.10. So I guess their little training doesn't involve reading the prices on the board.

  Good atmosphere. Huge space. Loads of plugs. Suitable to do work. They dont hv wifi but theres fairgreen free wifi. Good service, staffs are friendly. They dont shoo people away even if they stayed to do work or chat for long duration :) coffee was okay not great. Miss the blackforest hot choco

  It's very hit or miss. I've had more cold coffees then hot ones. Very expensive.
