  Terrible service. Highly rude to me and my friends. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable and manners are atrocious. Behaviour of staff is unexceptable. If you are looking for helpful and pleasing staff, go to Insomnia, or Starbucks because they have well-mannered staff unlike this place. Furthermore, when I was there approximatley 35 minutes ago, I asked nicely for a coffee, and being twelve, without having any parents accompaning me, she was highly rude, and she queried, 'Are you allowed drink coffee?' And I replied, 'Yes, I am.' So, she decieded to contradict me and say, 'I don't think so.' I was horrified; I really was. Does she have the right to tell me what I can, and cannot drink?! Is he my mother? No! When I had eventually got my coffee and there was no eye contact when she was handing me my change. Disgusted, I turned around and said thank you, with no 'Your welcome,' or, 'No problem.' As stated, am never visiting this store again. 😑

  In my opinion this is the worst place I have ever been to in my life, I had about 3 cm to put my feet down and the lady that served my friend was very rude, only one person was nice to us I think it deserves 0.0000000000000000000000 stars .That is my final time ratting this place 💩💩😠😠😈😈

  Staff are not helpful, rude to me, they would not say anything if father or mother were here. Quite sly, in my opinion. I perfer Insomnia or Starbucks. One star is too much, as I really wanted to give 0 stars. Thanks, but no thanks. 'Good for kids, and groups.' Absolutley no way! No manners whatsoever. Furthermore, would never come back. No eye contact when giving change. When I asked for a Iced cappuchino, the woman asked me 'Are you allowed drink coffee?' I said yes, and she contridicted me by saying, 'I don't think so.' How dare she! Does she have the right to tell me what I can and cannot drink?! Absolutley not! Shocked at the behaviour and manners of staff. As stated, never coming back.

  The coffee is burnt and too acidic, no love or atmosphere in the shop.
