  Costa cafe's are notorious for being understaffed, but having used this Costa recently, I was particularly shocked that it took well over 10 minutes to get my order with a queue of 5-6 people in front of me. I also think the bathroom at this particular venue could do with a bit more cleanliness. Despite that, the person managing the place, was quite friendly and helpful to the persons in front of me.

  Regular here, coffee is excellent and staff are pleasant. Toilets like a lot of Costa toilets need a lot to be desired, no air getting into them and only 2 toilets. Can be quite busy at times. Bright and cheerful, usually couple of newspapers floating about if you just want to sit down and relax.
