  The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and bars that are all well run and have good food & service. The only negative is that when there are events that are noisy, the noise is not well isolated from the rooms.

  My partner and myself ordered dinner, his arrived but mine did not. I brought it to the attention of the staff but they kept telling me it's on the way. 30 mins later I cancelled my order. My partner's meal was cold when it arrived to the table. After all that, no discount or gesture was offered. Very dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this place

  This hotel aged a bit. This is mostly great: it's like walking into another world where Sinatra still entertains you during dinner with classy dishes and neat tableware allways around some candlelight. Some of the electrical equipment shows signs of wear and tear here or there but other than that I find this hotel and its nice fireplace to talk around with friends a great treat. There's a bar with options for everyone on the location too!

  Overall a very well appointed hotel. Historic with its connections to Arthur Guinness . Parents stayed here for a week and were more than happy with their stay. Had concerns over noise levels at a weekend but they commented that it was quiet. The rooms are spacious and very clean and tidy. Food was good. Entertainment laid on over weekends. Overall a very solid 4 stars from me

  Als Reisegruppe wurden wir mit Masse statt Klasse abgespeist. Frühstück war auch nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer okay, schön ruhig. Pub auch okay, schön bei gutem Wetter.
