::If you are looking for a gym where the owners take care of you and look after your health, Crossfit Cork is the place. Don't look any further because you will get astonished and you'll have an incredible experience working out here. Ian and Kevin are very driven and they want to get the most out of people. They cover from Crossfit workouts till olympic weightlifting classes. There is one thing they should improve, the times they have the gym open. In a global world where people work a lot and everybody runs out of time, it would be interesting if CrossFit Cork could open more hours as it is shocking that they only have 5 classes per day as opposed as other CrossFit places around the world where they work from 6am to 11pm. Said that, it is the best place to start cross fitting and if you want to improve your health and your level of fitness, get into this place!
