  I joined CrossFit Cu Chulainn almost 2 years ago and haven't looked back. If you enjoy mundane workouts and working on your own then this is not the place for you.... Every session is different & at times really challenging - but the atmosphere & support you receive from the coaches & other members is second to none.

  Have been training with these guys for nearly 2 years now and can honestly say they're the best around! The coaches are patient, helpful and actually know what they're talking about it! The other members are helpful, encouraging and non judgemental! I can't recommend this place enough and if i could give it more than 5 stars i would. #trainlikeawarrior

  I don't go to crossfit often but I had a fantastic session here with head coach Martin. For years I have tried to learn the overhead kettle bell snatch but I couldn't quite get it. After 15 minutes with Martin I was doing it easily. I highly recommend this gym!
