    I don’t often post reviews but I’ll make an exception for this bunch of thieves. They’ll happily take your money but will then offer zero customer support. Call them and they’ll put you on hold until your phone runs out of credit. Email them and you’ll get rude, nonsensical replies. Don’t even bother paying the “after sales fee” as it will make no difference whatsoever.

    Terrible experience with e-travel. They cancelled my flights 3 days after booking them without telling me and after having sent a confirmation email. I only found out when I logged on to the airlines website. At that stage flights were 300 euros more expensive. Avoid using them.

    Quite bad experience with the travel agency. The flight tickets is usually only little bit cheaper, till when you will not pay extra for card fee and and for them after sales service. You have not chance to change the date or other detail on your flight ticket if you don't pay to them service fee. You also don't see price what you should pay for changes, till when you don't pay the after sales service, I think it is quite unfair. I have right to see first "How much I should to pay for everything" and after decide, if I will pay the fee and the service.

    I had paid a €10 fee to this crowd to take care of seat bookings and meals etc. A waste of time. Any question or concern put to this shower is responded to by "We don't do that, you'll have to wait until the check in opens on your flight" Thankfully I was able to use the airline website myself and take care of what had to be taken care of. Be warned paying extra for their extra care service is throwing money away.

    we just want to personally thank you guys for the setting up the best holiday that we have ever taken. We were very pleased and impressed with the accommodations at the resorts. They were all first class. The itinerary you put together was flawless
