  Went in to the store to buy a laptop for college and I have no clue about laptops and stuff so it was all new to me. I walked in with my friend and there was 5 staff member standing together and no customers in the shop at the time. We were walking around the shop and not one staff member approached us for help. We were browsing for 15 minutes and still they all just stood there and one staff member was scrolling on his phone. As we were there other customers came in and they weren't approached either. It's so annoying. The reason I am writing this review is because the exact same thing happened in your store in Liffey Valley retail park last year. 6 staff members and not one approached. Both times I left without buying anything and had a good bit of money to spend. I got a laptop in another store where the staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Went to buy a tablet, which was a bit more expensive that what it was in DID and Harvey Norman, asked if they could match the price, the lady goes check if they have it in stock comes back telling me they only have black ones but they are more expensive. Nice way to deal with customers, lies... I guess that was not her fault since it was her supervisor that told her to lie to me.

  Not a great selection but it's got most of the basics. Better store in the retail park.

  Really disappointed with one of the stuff how he didn't deliver service . Fist of all,he was playing with his phone when we found him behind the refrigerators,while looking for someone to assist us on the second floor . We didn't get his name,but he is Hindu origin. He wasn't helpful at all. We had to wait for him to check if what we need is in stock like for 20 minutes!! Whatever we were asking he wasn't helpful and we left the store without making any purchase . On the same evening,after 1 hour later my husband actually decided to go and try to redeem ( was the last day) the voucher and came back as a very happy customer with a new vacuum cleaner,thanks to an assistant Jodie. Thank you again for the wonderful and quick service!

  Similar to the outside store, the employees will only give you any attention if you are handing them money to pay for your shopping. At least I've seen one or two smile, hence the 2/5 stars instead of 1/5. The last time I was there, I stood for 3-4 minutes at the unmanned till while every employee was casually chatting in a group 50 feet away.
