::Always friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Stock a large range of electrical equipment including appliances computers cameras and almost anything with a plug. Plenty of parking and lots of other shops and restaurants near by.

::PC World has very good prices on most items. I purchased a tablet which was faulty and they replaced it unconditionally. Staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a bad experience with PC World.

::Terrible customer service. All the floor staff want to do is upsell, and that's fine but at least have some knowledge of the products. The staff member also dragged the screen monitor in its box across the floor, it wasn't even heavy.. The staff member who served us 'Kaitlynn' didn't even look up and didn't say a word only to complain at a passing manager that she was to take her break 10 minutes ago. She basically threw our €1,090.46 purchase at us, didn't ask if we wanted a bag for the small items even. I asked her for a VAT receipt also and she muttered yes but never gave us one. I understand the Christmas period is tough going in retail, I've been there but you're paid to make the customer feel welcome.

::TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I was looking at the Sony headphones RRP €420 to give it a go. With that price tag one would really like to hear how they sound prior to purchase. I was told by "Really nice" sale assistant that only 1 they have are wrapped and they can't open it. My argument or call it simple question was "How you expect me to buy headphones worth over €400 without a single sound test?" Again...."we can't open them as we can't sell them as new then. If you go online you can't hear how they sound neither"... Me: "Hold on, isn't that why I am in physical store ? That's just not good enough for me as for customer" Assistant: "well if it is not good enough,you can go to DID next door"..... I spoke to store manager after that and despite he apologised it didn't look like he gives a sh..t at all. If there would be 0 star rating I would use that. Definitely will avoid this store going forward and would recommend AVOID for any future customers. FYI got these headphones in other store at the end for much better price, service and TEST. Well done PC World ......
