Absolutely poor service, over 2 hours waiting, they didn’t even ask what the pacientes have, I told her I felt pain and it was ignored. I’m certain that I will never come back!

The place doesn't look nice. The woman on the reception is friendly. The doctor could be more engaging with patients and communicate better (at least make a decent eye contact (man and a lady both)). Positive thing is that the location is handy, and their "just walk in" policy if you are in a hurry and pain. You will still wait (min. 30/40 min up to 1h).

Doctor gave me 110% of her time. She is very considerate and friendly. Charge is pretty standard for a private medical centre. The walk in policy is great but people with pre-booked appointments got priority so I had to wait a bit. It was worth it though. Polite staff, kind doctor, correct diagnoses. Perhaps people write reviews to complain hence the rating?

Since I moved to Dublin, I always go to this clinic. Only once I went to another doctor and I was prescribed with a wrong antibiotic. Thanks to the female doctor there I got better shortly. They diagnose fast and in my experience, always accurate - in 2 years,

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and I can't fault it. The girls are always very friendly with a cheery welcome and a fond farewell and the pharmacists will always happily take time out to give advice. Recently, one of the pharmacists told me of a city prescription scheme that saved me a fortune on my monthly prescribed medication. I can't fault these people and am very confused about the bad reviews and negative feedback. All I can say is thank you, folks and keep up the good work
