::I found what I was looking for, so no problem there. But my God, all members of staff need a basic training in customer service. You might have the desire to run your own business but you also need people skills. You can't act as if you were just hired of the street. People make or break a business! Unfortunately there are so many businesses in this city employing people who are giving off the impression that they don't want to work there and couldn't give less about customers.

::I do have very unpleasant experience from November 29.11.2017 as a regular costumer of decobake went to collect my edible print which I sent night before and I knew it wasn't 24 hours notice as they do require but very often happened before that they printed my pictures as they weren't as busy with prints. So i have asked politely and got an answer by lady operating machine that is not possible to get as the printer is already set up so I have to collect it later. I have asked one more time about the print in very polite manners when I heard someone shouting one me from back of the shop. Her name is Mellisa and she was very very rude telling me to go to a different shop if I am not happy and basically telling me not to ask any more questions as is clear how they work here. She was very frustrated and talked about me with her colleague after as I was still looking for more stuff in the shop. She said when this happened once or twice is ok but third time is not possible to not blow up. I have told her that I do not like her attitude and her tone of the voice and that i have never met anyone so rude in this shop as I was always friendly with all the girls in this shop. I know there is a new staff now but If I am a owner of this shop I would definitely not employ people like Melissa who is a manager as she said that in the email she has sent me later, regarding that my print is done, which I obviously appreciated. I was very much upset when I took foil from the print at home as the whole a4 print (collage picture) was blured and very low quality of colours as you can see on the picture I have attached. Decobake print cost me 5 euro and I couldnt use so I had to order it again from other company and you can see the difference yourself (left one is from topcake ireland) Very dissapointed by this woman and also by the print , I am still visiting the shop as it has handy location but really dont feel welcome there and 100% I wouldnt order any more edible prints from decobake either.

::Also a disastrous trip, didn't get anything I was looking for. There were no suggestions or alternatives offered, just a tough luck basically. There was one packet of sugarflowers with half of them broken (6) which I was looking for. I was offered 20% discount?! No silver cases, all very standard products not in stock. I went because of people suggesting it. Won't be rushing back in a hurry, that's for sure.

::I was at decobake this morning and for sure I will never go back😡😣😣I have never in my life seen staff so rude straight to a costomers face,I got there just after 10am I went to open the door there was a girl on the other side obviously opening she scowled at me and said wait,she then rolled her eyes and turned her back and walked away as I walked in,I was so disgusted by her bad manners but thought I'd still have a look around,disappointed with the lack of stock,shelves were half empty!!!!i was so looking forward to going to buy some nice things in this shop as I am a serious baker....sadly disappointing 😟😟😟to the owner,you need to change staff😞😕I spent my 100€ in debnahms instead,overall NOT RECCOMENDED👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
