  I gave two bracelets ... one for repair the other one for enlargement for my son and I wait over a month for some information when I can pick up ... This Lady promised that they would fix them before Christmas, but to this day I am waiting for them

  They irresponsibly did a helix piercing with a lobe piercing gun, which could potentially have destroyed my ear. When I returned for more cleaning fluid when said helix piercing became infected, I was instructed to remove the earring and the hole closed and healed, destroying the evidence. Buy their jewellery, but don't let them con you into thinking they're qualified to do anything else.
