  Used to be my favorite shop Hense new management ,DID MULLINGAR became the worst customer service ever.had a really bad experience.

  Waiting for delivery ages... absolute nonsense- first they cancelled my delivery, because they didn't have the item at the warehouse, they didn't notify the shop or me. I rang the shop where is my delivery and that was when they find out it was cancelled. I arranged it for the next day- called them when will they be - I was told between 10:00-13:00 I rang them at 14:00 where are they and the answer was they tried to contact me at 11:00 but I didn't answer. Bullshit, because I have my phone all they with me and no missed call. I told them to stop making up stuff, because we need to go to work and stuff ... they said- they call me in a couple of minutes- it's been an hour since... I tried to ring them- don't even answer... not nice- really and it is just a stupid replacement of a washing machine- and I live 5 min by car from the shop... no comment- I guess I go back to Stone Age and do my washing in the sink!

  Good variety of stock,but left waiting all day for delivery,was told it would be delivered between 8-11 am,didn't arrive till 5 pm, whole day wasted!!
