  Previously under the JJB franchise, this has now been taken over by Dundalk Institute Of Technology. It's as good a gym and sports facility as you will find anywhere. A complete and very spacious gym area, with cardio, weights, and TRX area. A whole selection of classes take place in the various studio area's. There is a 20m swimming pool, with jacuzzi and steam room, and there is a open training area for multi fitness training, alongside 6 astro turf indoor soccer pitches. The staff are very knowledgeable, and very attentive. It is open to the public, and offers various payment methods. There is lots of parking spaces, and it is easy to access from the Inner Relief Road, coming from either North or South.

  Fantastic well equipped gym and leisure centre,there's a large number of indoor football pitches that can be rented,lovely pool,jacuzzi and sauna area and a huge range of classes by well trained and knowledgeable staff. All in all makes for a great place to train!

  Beside gym there's football courts and they organise children parties. Kids love it as they play games with children. And there's jumpline as well
