Service is adequate. Staff was ok while in the store to purchase tickets. I am taking advantage of the three day (72 hrs) ride pass. It gives access to all public busses, hop on hop off tours, and more. It was €33 per adult for the 3 day tickets. It is useful in the respect that Dublin's main way of public transportation is busses. They are a bit difficult to get used to. The stops are requested when you're on the bus so you have to pay attention to where you are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lovely staff and buses but “Lite” on info. Save your money

All these guys obviously love their jobs, Tyrone and his colleagues were wonderful (bus) hosts and could tell all the funny and interesting stories about this beautiful city. Next time we will do the ghost tour.

Worst experience ever. I dont recommend it to anyone else. Please use a different hop on hop off service. The buses are good and drivers/guides are very helpful, funny. But the people at counter are so useless and arrogant. The buses only accept tickets from the counter. We booked through a third party and showed our tickets in the mobile to collect real tickets. The ticket counter insisted to see a hard copy to issue the real ones. Yes, you heard it right, they seems to live in the 18th century. I ended up walking around for an hour in the cold wet morning to get a print out. What a horrible service. Infact I asked them where to get the print out , or any other alternative option. The only answer they have is " we do accept only hard copy ticket, if you don't have one you cannot board the bus." we already lost almost 2hrs from our day trip when we finally boarded the bus. I will never use their services again

What an amazing adventure with Joe our tour guide. Joe chatted to us while the bus was waiting to leave the 1st stop and had plenty of yarns throughout the tour. Great way to experience and explore Dublin. He even had some rude customers who got on the wrong bus (live commentary not multilingual) and was polite and helpful and apologetic (wasn’t needed) to them the whole time despite their continued rudeness
