  Ellevyn was recommended to me from pilates instructor Michelle Given after experiencing pain and spasms in my back on the left side. Ellevyn took a comprehensive history from me including previous injuries and sporting background. She accurately assessed the injury to be a weak QL after observing movements and some exercises. She relieved the tightness through dry needling and demonstrated strengthening exercises with me to ensure I knew how to treat the issue myself. She also emailed me a copy of the exercises so there was no reason to forget or not do them! Happily, after 3 sessions over a 7 week period, I am back to excellent condition with a good knowledge on how to maintain my strength. I could not recommend Ellevyn highly enough, or the facility itself which is well equipped and has a highly approachable and knowledgeable staff.

  I had horrible knee pain for over a year stopping me doing all sports until Ellevyn sorted it out basically in one session! Would completely recommend and all the facilities are also amazing! 5/5

  Went to Donegal Physiotherapy & Performance Centre as I was having trouble with my hamstring. It is now better and stronger than before thanks to the help of Ellevyn Irwin. Her knowledge and expertise in treatment and exercise prescription is top class and would highly recommend her.

  I found the staff extremely accommodating and friendly. My knee injury is back good as new and maybe even better! Would really recommend them to anyone.

  Having been unfortunate enough to visit more than one sports physio over the last few years I can finally and thoroughly recommend Ellevyn at Donegal Physiotherapy & Performance Centre. The knowledge, expertise and care Ellevyn provided was outstanding, giving me the correct diagnosis, treatment and rehab to ensure quick recovery and prevention from further injury. Thank you!
