  Had a bizarre experience the other day. There's a beautiful ring in the window I've been looking at for sometime. Popped in on my lunch, the lady said she had an apt soon but would kindly let me try the ring on quickly before the next couple came in. I asked a few questions about the diamonds in the ring as I've learned a little from going to a few shops lately. When I asked what the inclusions were I was told "that doesn't matter if you can't see them" and I asked twice more and wasn't told so I asked if they would be on the cert and the lady said yes. Which is fine. When I asked if they ever mixed metals, as in white gold and an element of platinum I was told nowhere does that. When I advised 2 names of shops that told me they did it (i was a little confused), the woman in this shop said "well that's great but we don't talk about Sean in this shop". I still have no idea who Sean is but can only presume he owns/works in one of the shops I mentioned. It was all a bit strange as we were having great chats before it. It got very uncomfortable so I left. Any other shop I've been to has really taught me a lot about diamonds and the prices you should be looking at and the types of metals you can get. It's a shame because I absolutely loved this ring, and buying an engagement ring should be special and a learning experience

  Maria was so helpful and the prices of their wedding bands were very reasonable for such good quality,will definitely be back.

  I thought the place had closed down permanently. I was there around after lunch time, the shutters were down, but a side door was open. I could see a member of staff behind a desk. It looked like they may be preparing to permanently close?, otherwise what were the shutters doing down in the afternoon, when you're meant to be doing business..
