::Terrible. Didn't leave ny parcel with a neighbour , they took it back and left instructions which looked like it was being delivered to a neighbour anyway. So confusing that i phoned the company today. So if im not in i have to tell then the EXACT neighbours house number to deliver to, if I'm not in. I don't see me ever getting my parcel. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business in this day and age.

::I live in an apartment on 3rd floor, delivery man calls my mobile and says...I'm downstairs now and be there for 5 minutes you can collect your delivery... When I sad to him to bring it to my door he replied... That's not what I do... And I can collect it now or later from depot... So I had to wake up my 3 months baby and go with him to collect a big parcel. I thought I pay for delivery to the door!!!
