  Dreadful. Out of all the parcels & deliveries I get if the paperwork says that it's via DPD rather than anyone else. I can be sure of hassles.

  Two out of two failed deliveries in two weeks. No communication even tracking information said that they had contacted client. Stayed around all afternoon waiting for delivery. Never again going to use this service. I won't use a retailer that uses dpd kilkenny to deliver. No stars would be a closer review. How hard is it to deliver an item

  They don't always text an approx dwlivery time like they're supposed to.

  Just returned from the Kilkenny Depot after collecting a parcel. Couldn't believe my eyes as the DPD staff threw parcels sliding along the floor from one side of the warehouse to the other. What really amazed me was he wouldn't serve me until he was finished.
