  Very difficult to get an answer to the phone number. Very difficult to pin down an approx time of delivery. They want you to wait in all day to collect parceI and don't give adequate notice so you're going round and round in circles with the website delivery. I have never had a straightforward experience with this company. I didn't choose this company, some suppliers I'm ordering my goods from did, I would not knowingly use this company. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and courteous, which is the only redeeming feature.
