  One of a few Traditional Kung Fu 'Lung Ying' styles in Ireland. Training is first class with all forms and striking techniques Iron Fist and body conditioning techniques shown by an excellent 'sifu' (teacher). Teacher is very knowledgeable, patient and informative of self defence and true Kung Fu. Great location just 3 minutes from Mater Hospital in the Cabra / Phibsborough area just off Navan road. Highly recommend for anyone serious about this great style of martial art looking to learn real Kung Fu from teacher who learned and trained from Hong Kong.
