  We recently engaged D Zone windows to replace out windows and doors. We are extremely happy with the results. the difference in the heat and sound are amazing. We also no longer have any issues with condensation on the windows. But the main difference is the increased security that we feel now that we have the new locking system in place. The installers are extremely helpful and courteous. I would have no problem recommending them to any one. Noel and Georgina O' Reilly

  Very disappointed by d-zone. Got quote from them 4 months before we started extension for large floor to ceiling windows in pvc frame, back doors and windows replaced in rest of house based on architect drawings with measurements. Once build underway they came, measured up and we thought windows were on order. A week later they came back to us, nothing had been ordered and they wanted another €2k from us! No explanation why, we hadn't changed spec or dimensions, perhaps they just misquoted us in the first place?! They had a very unprofessional attitude and different members of staff said different things, with no one taking responsibility. So we got quotes from 3 other companies who all said you cannot do the large window we wanted in a pvc frame, it wouldn't hold the glass, it could blow out in a gale and would be dangerous, they all said it had to be aluminium frame for that weight of glass. So glad we didn't use these chancers!

  We had all our front windows replaced and a new sliding porch door installed. Very happy with the windows and everyone we dealt with in Dzone was helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend.
