  I have been thinking about giving up the smokes for years and have been putting it off. So recently, I went into the local Ecigarettes World store on Wine Street in Sligo where the young lad, think he said his name was JP. He asked me some questions about my smoking habits. I am not a huge smoker and may smoke 8/10 per day, so at first thought I was being pretty stupid and half expected the young lad to just tell me to go cold turkey. Anyway, he took the time to explain he understood that it doesn't matter if I smoke 10 or 30 a day, it is still difficult to quit for everyone. At this point I was ready and motivated, he let me try a bunch of flavours, some were disgusting haha, but each to his own in that regard. Once I chose the flavour (tobacco, no surprise there) he suggested I try starting out at 12mg . The unit i got is great and easy to use, especially for the money, but the purchase was easier because of the help I received in store, and its very competitive pricing. JP was extremely knowlegable and spent alot of time answering my questions and showing me how to set everything up, fill the liquid etc. He was extremely patient even though the store got very busy. I look forward to being a customer of theirs for as long as it takes for me to finally kick the habit, the selection of products and the customer service was second to none. Keep up the good work!!!

  I have been shopping here for over two years online, they have a great variety of products. I went there for the first time to the store on my trip to Ireland, they have friendly staff and the products work amazingly. This is a great vaping store and I highly recommend this company and store. Shame I had to go back to shopping online. Cheers, S of C

  Hello everyone I have a issue where I bought a battery online and when I received in the post there was a plastic peice which had come off with that I just pushed it back into place two weeks later the battery wont take a charge after this i called to the shop in castlebar left it with them now they tell me the battery was dropped which it was not 100% it had two scratches on it from my zip on my pocket it was under 1 months guarantee which the lady on the phone said it was my fault. I had been loyal customer for over a year and spent a lot of money in the store If i ran my business like this I would not have any customers left I will not buy again i will give my business to an IRISH company who know how to look after their customers Good luck
