  Excellent staff and great workout sessions that are only 20mins. All the staff make you feel welcome and but you at ease but at the same time the workouts are challenging and explain the diet and nutrition and are always willing to help or answer any questions

  Started at the Educo Gymn to get back my fitness and I’m really enjoying it. You don’t have to spend an hour like in conventional gyms or more if you are standing around waiting for machines. It’s only 20 minutes on average; you’re in and you’re out and the work is done. It is really manageable and you can fit it into your day with out huge juggling and headaches. Also there’’s great advice and support on technique so that every rep is efficient so you’re not wasting time halfheartedly doing sets with bad technique or the wrong weights for you on that day. They also switch things up so that your body doesn’t get used to anyone particular set of exercises. You also get get guidance on getting your nutrition right which is hugely important in helping to get the results. There’s good banter after the session and Jack says he’s the best but I have to give a shout out to Ruairi, Jonathan and Terry along with Laura! All are great at keeping you motivated! Lesley (Naas)

  Fantastic staff who's main focus is to get you life changing results. I feel healthier, happier and I have lots of energy! I cannot recommend Educogym highly enough!! 💪🏻

  Amazing Results with only 20 minutes training, nutritionists on hand and a team who give a 7 Star service. They also teach you how to use more of your mind through an amazing Goal setting program to achieve the best possible results. It is life affirming and life changing.

  Excellent staff. If you interested in loosing weight, toning up and getting fit this is the place. Meal plans in place so you can't go wrong!
