::After having a lot of trouble getting my faulty eir tablet replaced (Wexford and Dublin stores) I went to Henry Street just to ask if anything could be done next day I had my new tablet absolutely fantastic service from all staff in Henry Street mad my week just want to thank all of the staff in henry Street on a personal level I highly recommend this store and more importantly the staff!!

::Got signed to an offer which I never got, went to the shop to get it sorted at least 10 times (believe it or not) and nothing. I quit now, will get my sim card unlocked and move somewhere else, shocking costumer service.

::Probably the worst service in Ireland, no replys on emails, phone agents hard to get and just redirecting you around, facebook page useless. Vicious circle if you trying to get help...

::If there was a ZERO star option I'd pick it. I've never been more insulted by a member of staff, who talked down to me in a completely condescending manner regarding my problem. When I tried to be polite and ask for the manager, I was told I was speaking to him. I walked out. Eir customer care is an absolute joke....
