  I would highly recommend Naomi's classes. I started as a beginner in Inchicore in January 2017 and have kept it up so far all year. The pace of the class is perfect and Naomi is a fantastic instructor

  Naomi is a fantastic teacher. She gently encourages you to keep learning and developing. Her classes are both challenging and relaxing! Attending her classes has helped my posture, my flexibility, it has improved my neck and back pain, and has improved my sense of well-being

  Naomi's approach is dynamic and playful and I am always challenged by her teaching to explore more and become more connected to my own body and breath. I really enjoy the variety of the classes and the balance between fostering flexibility and strength.

  I climb. Naomi’s classes raises my awareness about lots of little things that add up to a lot. It is a great place to go to discover your tiny weaknesses and your great strengths. K
