  Very rude staff. Not helpful on conversation. Was asked to come only when they ring us, we were travelling with kids whatmore to get off from work only to get our certified forms. We weren't given any dates which was so frustrating. Our validity of our forms to reach Malaysia only 2 weeks left where they never rang us so we kept on ringing them asking when could we collect the forms.
