  Staff were very helpful 5* to them but the actual embassy operations is in a very bad form. I had this trip planned for Portugal for 2 weeks which I couldn’t make it because of some miss-communication between me and the embassy. Advice for people thinking of travelling to Portugal and getting visa allow yourself plenty of time as they function very slow I guess I cannot Blame the people working their must be their system. Also I’d like to thank the guys who were really helpful to me and my family on our few visits there in the embassy.

  Péssimo atendimento... Se você envia e-mail não te respondem, se tu liga eis direcionado direto para caixa de mensagem. Sem levar em consideração que so tabalham com atendimento ao público apenas 4 horas por dia.

  O consulado geralmente nunca atende o telefone por isso é melhor telefonar para a extensão da embaixada. Os e-mails regra geral são respondidos mais rapidamente, a menos que se percam na inbox da embaixada, coisa que já aconteceu, e nesse caso tem de ser mesmo por telefone.
