  I would like to be treated like the 4 and 5 star people. Everytime I contact the Embassy the service is much to be desired.

  Just contacted the South African embassy for renewal papers for my passport. The lovely lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. As always I have high regard for the people that work there as they always on top of any problem I have had in the past.
