  The worst company service ever. Quoted for wrong system.took months to get through to fit it. Installed eventually, but not working properly since 2 days after.its been 2.5 months in and still CNT get service or in touch with anyone to correct it! Today system overheated due to the unfixed issue and exploded! Stay away from this dodgy crowd!!!

  AVOID THESE COWBOYS Entech intalled a new heating system in my home in October 2017. They did not install the system they quoted me for. The heating system they did install was faulty from the start. It did not heat the radiators or heat the water properly. The controls for the 3 zone heating system do not work and overall the finish is extremely poor. I have literally rang them appoximately 100 times on several of the phone numbers I have for them but they do not have any after service for their customers, I called in person to the address listed on their website as I had got no response from them, they no longer have an office at the address they have listed and there is no forwarding address for them. I have made contact with one of the directors of the company and I have sent numerous emails and letters-all unanswered. I am now going down the legal route with them to seek a refund and damages. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.* if anyone does have a current address for themplease forward it to me

  I got a new boiler & rads fitted in Aug 2015 & have had nothing but issues & problems with the system ever since. This year has been the worst to date. Rads not heating fully or properly since Nov 21st & Entech have no customer service or aftercare available to me to resolve my issues. They informed me via Facebook messenger that their only available engineer "is extremely busy helping others that is why he cannot answer his phone during the daytime, if you keep trying him in the evenings perhaps he will be able assist you but otherwise im sure he will try and get back to you when he can" I have been calling him all week at various times to try to get him but to no avail, nor am I receiving communication back to say he will return my calls or text. Extremely poor customer service and support, very disappointed with Entech as a business. Would not recommend at all
