::Shocking service!!! Left waiting hours for a car after a breakdown
Twice As Brite
::Brutal service. Day I arrived up to collect my rental was told the car I booked wasn't available and all they had was a more expensive car that I took and had to pay the extra on, you would have thought would have got for same price as car I booked. Was told car I booked would be ready at 12pm the next day, back up the 30 miles to Cork and car not ready until 3pm. To top it all off was charged an extra day and have been waiting over 5 weeks now for a refund, apparently they can take your money at the location but has to go to a regional manager to issue a refund, to make it worse I have to keep calling to get any update and have been promised several times the manger will call me but no call. Updating to three stars as finally after 5 weeks got my refund.

::Have rented several times here and every time I had a great experience. The staff are very friendly. The location is not central but the guys picked me up and gave me a lift back to the city centre when possible which was great! The cars were always new and in good condition.

::No stars. Only giving 1 as I have to in order to post DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was given a rental car while my car was in the garage from Enterprise - organised through my insurance company. The original car had a faulty valve on the tyre. The car was giving constant warnings and putting air in the tyre did not help. I was given a replacement car and Enterprise examined and accepted the issue was theirs. I have since had €120 removed from my account and despite numerous phone calls to them this has not been rectified. I have been charged for TWO replacement tyres despite doing NO damage to their faulty car. I would also like to add that I am now heavily pregnant and was also pregnant at the time I was given a faulty car. This company are one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Horiffic customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

::Good Service. Freindly staff.. ITs easy to speak with people. But somehow I feel they have very less collection of cars. Apart from that everything is perfect. I hire car from this quite often.
