I am totally disappointed. It' s pricy for the quality of the cars. Last time I booked they gave me a car dirty. I complained but they don't care.

Keep looking at your card transactions. They might be charging you without even notifying you. I had paid up the tolls when I hired the car, but even after that, they charged a €10.60 after a month on my card and there is no information to me. I don't know if this company had taken my money previously also in the same way. When I called the customer care, they asked me to contact UK customer care number. I was holding my call for about 8min, then some one lifted the card and hung. I had to spend another 10 euro to call them up. Nonsense company. I am sorry to the staff at Galway, they are lovely, but the company is stealing money from customers.

When I got to Enterprise, they told me I had to wait for my car. After an hour and a half, a car came that was not the one I ordered. They told me the one I ordered was damaged and that’s all the could do. On top of that they did not notify me of any delays so I had to wait in the lobby during my vacation until the car came. The car was on empty when I got it so immediately had to get gas.... never going back and would not recommened.

Let me start by saying the staff at the Galway office were very courteous and helpful, and our rental experience in Ireland was great. My issue came a couple weeks after I'd returned the car, when my credit card company called me about a 20 euro potential fraud on my card. It was associated with Enterprise, so although I wasn't expecting any more charges, I called them to ask if they had charged my card belatedly for some reason. I was told most definitely that they had not. Assuming that it must be fraud then, I called the credit card company back, they froze my account etc. About a week later, I get a letter from Enterprise saying I owe them a 20 euro administration fee for a speeding ticket. So, A) they tried to charge my card without notifying me, B) they denied they had when I called and asked specifically about it! Subsequent interactions with Enterprise were equally frustrating: delayed responses, a disconnected call, an insistence that I pay the balance not with cash, but with a credit card (Gee, if only mine wasn't cut into tiny pieces) or an account transfer (like I'm going to give these jokers my bank account info). My advice? Pay cash up front or find another rental car agency.

Booked a car last night and after my call to them in the afternoon I was told that Enterprise do not have any cars to rent me and that I will have to cancel the reservation. World class Service, isn't it ?
