  Left back a faulty helmet on Saturday and was told the manager would ring me on Monday regarding the issue. Got no phone call as advised so went back to store they then said they were waiting to hear back from Champion and would ring when they hear.. so now no helmet and none the wiser .

  Brought my dog into the store to buy a harness. The staff very patient and helpful with finding my dog a harness that best fitted him. It took a while as he was nervous and jumpy. The store is spotless and spacious, and staff are cheerful and approachable. It'always a nice experience when visiting this store.

  Extensive pet shop. Wide range. Quality goods. Some very good top quality dog food the best u can buy .... but expensive.
