  I suffered from Pelvic Girdle Pain during the end of my pregnancy and found it very difficult to walk, get in/out of the car etc. I made an appointment to see Daphne. She used a combination of physiotherapy and exercise techniques. Immediately I felt comfortable and she helped greatly improve my pain and mobility. She is knowledgeable, kind and understanding and I would highly recommend her.

  Myself and my family have, over the years, experienced the care and attention from Esker Physio. I required physiotherapy following a achilles tendon repair and following extensive physiotherapy got back to where I was prior to the surgery. My daughter and husband have also attended the clinic and have nothing but good reports of the service and attention. I would have no hesitation in recommending Esker Physio to any of my family and friends.

  I have been working with John Donavan at Esker Physio for a few months now. I have found him and his staff to be extremely professional and efficient. His vast experience, especially with his years spent with Leinster rugby, really shines through in all he does.   First rate service. For the first time I felt someone was taking an interest in getting me on my feet again and pain free rather than managing my condition. I went from attending physio sessions once every 2/3 weeks to maybe once or twice a year. John identified a serious cause of my back pain that others had overlooked because he actually listened to what I had to say. I have told numerous people about him and they all came back with the same story after visiting him. Don't just take my word for it, go and see for yourself. It's the results that count.

  I was a professional golfer for 8 years and during that time John Donovan treated me. After getting some serious injuries early in my career John devised an injury prevention plan for me which he reviewed on a regular basis. This really helped me to stay healthy and fit so that I could compete with confidence. Without John's expertise I would not have been able to perform to the best of my ability. I also had several acupuncture treatments with John over that time which worked with amazing results. John is a very professional, friendly and committed physiotherapist. I would without doubt recommend John and his team at Esker Physio.
