  I am Amazed!!!! 😀 I was simply walking past the store and I popped in to ask a member of staff a question about a bike that I bought my daughter. I didn’t even buy the bike from that store, I got the bike online and built it myself however it has been many many years since I last built a bike. Basically the breaks where not sitting right nor the stabilisers (Daughters first Pink bike and daddy messed it up by doing it himself). It was the 23rd December one of the worst, busy days of the year and I asked Daniel the Staff member a question about the brakes, he wanted to look at the bike I said I don’t have it on me it’s in the house, he said something along the lines of “Sure get the bike pop in again today and we will take a look at it for you and make sure it’s all ok” I was shocked and surprised that he could take the bike that day and check it , so sure enough I went home got the bike I was back in the store within 30mins as I was so freaking out that my bike building skills could end up hurting my daughter 😝 and low and behold Daniel took the bike re-did the brakes, the stabilisers, the handlebars, aligned the wheels and even put on a basket at the front of the bike that I bough In store there and then. Couldn’t believe how helpful the staff where on that day at the time of year. I will always be going to this store for any bike related issue or buying for future I would 100% recommend this store to everyone. Good job guys and please someone get word back to Daniel and the staff as he showed amazing , really genuine respect, customer care and dealt with my question with going above and beyond. Thank yous all.

  It was my first visit and I had done a bit of homework on what I wanted. The staff Tom was very helpful. He showed me a few bikes to test and suggested. I'm not sure about the prices but I'm sold on service and products. Downside: No resale for own items.

  Friendly helpful staff. Large shop with great selection of products. Plenty of choice. Lots of free parking.
