  I started training with clare last august. after a bad shoulder injury I had been out on an off for a couple of years I thought that was it I couldn't lift weights again. Clare has been amazing we took it slow. I am definetly the strongest I've ever been. I look forward to my training and hate missing it. Clare is always at the end of the phone for any questions . I have gained a friend as well.

  Fantastic gym! The support from Clare throughout my training has far exceeded the average gym. Highly recommended for all levels of fitness.
