  I have recently purchased from Fashion Blinds and i could not be happier with their blinds and their price. From start to finish they where very professional and friendly to deal with. The sales rep that called to the house was very informative and advised me on what blinds would suit what room best. The fitter that came to fit our blinds was very neat and tidy and left no mess behind for us to clean. I would and have recommended Fashion Blinds to friends and family.

  Fashion Blinds did a fantastic job on my house. And their prices are really great. I found Paul extremely helpful. He took the time to go through his sample books and was able to advise me on the right colours. He has a great eye for interior decorating so he could explain exactly what blinds and colours would be right for my home. They fitted the blinds so easily too in just 3 visits. First to pick the blinds and colours, second to measure up and thirdly to install. The product itself is made to the highest standard too. Many thanks to Paul and his Fashion blinds team. Paula Wade

  100% agree with the previous poor reviews. The fitter actually split the window frames when installing them. The fitter also didnt seem to care too much about the wrapping - was happy to leave all the wrapping on the floor and then leave. In addition, gave me plastic chains that even during the fitting when tested would snap at the child safety break point. Had to call them several times because no one got back to me. Lynn then said that I would need to pay for replacements. In the end they had to send me 4 small clamps. Very poor fitting and after service experience. Im especially pissed off about the fitter splitting the frame. Loads of companies that fit blinds - choose one of them.

  I shared the same experience as the other two star review. Shane who visited for the fitting was, professional / nice to deal with and the blinds are good quality. But the fitting was poorly done and we needed some additional support getting the blinds adjusted / lined up properly. I phoned the office and spoke to Lynne, who I can only describe when it comes to customer care is on another planet. Between ignoring emails and not caring about this and giving the clear impression that she does not want to be there and least of all dealing with my issue, I have now given up.
