  Would give this place no stars if it was possible.I tried to get my friends wedding ring engraved here. When they gave it back to me and it looked as if a kid scraped the inscription in with a rock, I could not believe they tried to give it back to me. I asked for it to be redone , same thing again when I went to collect it. They then told me that it needed to be done by hand and that it would take weeks and would not be done in time for the wedding. Also rudely tried to blame the type of metal the ring was made from. I asked them to take the inscription off and I would give it back to my friend (I was mortified). My friend brought it into a place in Swords and they did it for her that afternoon - perfectly! I would avoid this place at all costs. Rude and incompetent.

  I went to Fast Fix to get a link taken out of my watch. It took less then a minute for the link to be removed and I was charged €40, could not believe it.

  Terrible place, absolutely not recommended. They broke my watch first, then they called me without repairing and afyer that they forgot to call. A basic repair lasted 3 weeks and took 4 visits.

  Attempted two other jewelry/watch shops within Dundrum shopping centre as to replace a battery on an Emporio Armani watch and they were unable/did not have the necessary equipment. Fast Fix got it sorted for me in 30 minutes! Very helpful and friendly lady helped me in the day.

  I have been in here a few times. Martin has been there and really helpful, definitely got a very fair price for repair of my (precious to me) watch. I had been shopping around for almost six months on and off for someone I would trust with the repair so I know the price and information was great. Excellent customer service. Today I went in with my Father's watch which is 70 years old and got the best advice from another man also who was really knew his stuff. If you are looking for the best customer service and peace of mind go here. They really deserve the business based on my experience.
