  Fantastic place to work out. All the trainers are very helpful and motivated and make sure you work your hardest and make sure you are doing everything correctly. From diet plan to the new app to the heart monitor you are getting the best help and motion going in Dundalk highly recommend

  A absolutely fantastic gym..such a friendly warm place/family.. always at hand to help with anything..always a class to suit every1.. great timetable..helps you smash all yoir goals!!!

  You will live this place! Amazing coaches and clients. Everyone is so supportive and it is very clear that everyone is more than just a number to them. You won't regret joining the fighting fit community :)

  A fantastic gym. It is very warm and welcoming and there's a very positive atmosphere inside. There is great range of class times, exercises and PT sessions available. A perfect mix of support, encouragement and banter from the trainers in the gym and the online members group. There is also an app for monitoring stats and achievements. There are often events ran from the gym like 5ks, Tough Mudders or hikes. It's a gym you join, enjoy and don't want to leave.
